Please know for our part that we give no consideration to "grandmother's tests" for the certification of our honeys or to determine their purity. Laboratories specializing in the analysis of honey are now capable of precisely determining the real botanical and geographical origin of the honeys analyzed as well as whether they meet quality criteria and their purity. These analyzes are certainly expensive but they remain the most authentic thing in the certification as to the quality of the honeys as well as their purity, unlike this type of "tests" such as the "water test" of " paper towel", "fire", "refrigerator" and many others, sometimes even quite far-fetched, which therefore have no real value when determining the quality or purity of a honey or even its origin botany and geography.
