I've already shared my opinion on this Algerian Sidr Honey in the past.
What I'd like to point out is that with a previous order, I ordered two jars of this honey. I opened one immediately upon receipt, keeping the second. When I opened the second jar much later, it was broken.

I reported this with my last order.
And to my surprise, Wadi Shibam sent me a new jar of honey. I must say I greatly appreciated this gesture and wanted to express my gratitude publicly after having already mentioned it to them via private message, to which their customer service department responded graciously.
