Frankly its effects were too fast..vomiting in jets strong pain unpleasant feeling acute burning in all the digestive tract profuse diarrhea with pain and fatigue.....esq with all these symptoms mean that I no longer have the sihe? ???

Method for impeccable sensitive gums

Having sensitive gums it was a little painful to use the powder alone although I was satisfied with the result in the end. So I used the other method by putting the toothpaste first and a little powder on top. After that nothing more just white teeth after the 3rd time
So very happy with the product. I recommend!
