As salam haleykoum, I have been consuming nigella for a while, and I must say that it is really beneficial. We feel that it is of good quality. Having a very very low iron level, I took it morning and evening mixed with juice and alhamdoulilah my hemoglobin level rose without me having to take medicines which hurt my stomach and whose results left me wanting. to be desired. I am continuing the treatment currently. In addition, the pakaging is really beautiful! This may only be a detail for some but let's still highlight the careful presentation which is a pleasure!! Product received quickly even during covid. Barakallahufikoum.
