Like any product, shake well and just in the morning that is enough if you are in good health with honey and black seed oil it is excellent to try

Very sweet, very good but you have to mix very well because the jelly is at the top but too good so put it away quickly after the morning spoon because otherwise the pot will quickly go away, recommended

Good product

A good product that could do with being a little bigger or a little less expensive, but effective and a wonderful smell. I recommend.
