-after following the instructions for consuming the seed I drank large glasses of Koranized water a slight burning sensation on the palate... more pronounced in the throat and subsequently a prolonged burning sensation in the throat esophagus and stomach for several hours...
-feeling of nausea but no vomiting Alh'Amdoulilayi
- Diarrhea at the beginning every 45 min and bearable then around 10 a.m. / 11 a.m. diarrhea acutely liquid and every 15 to 20 minutes... it is 2h47 after misi or 8 hours after taking the seed and needing toilet have faded a little but still only more bearable..
