Effective and healthy

The addition of nigella and anti-inflammatory essential oils is interesting. I saw online that sports professionals were using it (Habib Beye, Benjamin Mendy, Andy Delort) and that convinced me to order a product to try. I ordered some to test for a skin problem. The effectiveness of nigella no longer needs to be proven, and as a result, by treating it daily the problem is now almost solved; all this by stopping chemical treatments.

Indeed this seed is very powerful, which is why it should not be recommended to everyone, especially people with stomach and intestinal problems, respect the contraindications and precautions indicated in the section "learn more".
Above all we must set the intention that this seed is just a cause and that it is Allah the healer.
It is a small seed the size of an olive pit, it peels like a nut, then you have to chew it well and swallow it with 2 large glasses of water, some people feel a strong burning in the throat, other slightly... It really depends on the sensitivity of the people.
My advice: the day you decide to eat this seed, it is better to have a rather light or even liquid diet to facilitate the action of the seed and limit its action time (if you only eat liquid, the seed will all empty and the effects will stop but if you eat solids etc. the seed will have to take longer to eliminate everything). It is best to eat it around midday so that by the evening the effects are almost gone.
The effects are quickly felt, diarrhea and vomiting for some, nausea etc.
It is an “ordeal” to endure for one day and the effects will no longer be present the next day.
This is effective against eaten or drunk sihr ONLY, there is buried sihr, knotted sihr, stepped sihr etc... It will have no effect on those.

Powerful honey to treat pre-diabetes

In terms of taste and texture, this honey is exceptional because it is both bitter and sweet.
